Warning about "untestet packages"

I have been using MiKTeX update for a very long time.  But every time
I tried it for the past week or two I got a warning message which I
have never seen before:

"This repository contains untestet packages.  It is recommended that
you wait a few days before updating."

It does include that mispelled word "untestet."

It comes formatted as if it is from MiKTeX but I suspect it is some
kind of hack.  It is for real?

This happens when I select an intact, no delay repository from the
MiKTeX list; and when I take the "Use the nearest package repository"
option.
