Put:
\DeclareSymbolFont{symbolsC}{U}{pxsyc}{m}{n}
\SetSymbolFont{symbolsC}{bold}{U}{pxsyc}{bx}{n}
\DeclareFontSubstitution{U}{pxsyc}{m}{n}
\DeclareMathSymbol{\Perp}{\mathrel}{symbolsC}{121}
in the preamble of your document.
