By "Times" I expect you mean "MathTime", a set of Type 1 fonts
designed provide math glyphs compatible with Times Roman.   You might
get by with
MTPro2Lite (free), or you can purchase a more complete set from PCTeX.

There are now several OpenType (OTF) math fonts designed to complement

For latex it is not enough to have the fonts, you also need support
macros to use the fonts, and these macros have to be maintained as
"TeX" systems and platforms evolve.   Y&Y has long ago ceased
operations, but the TeX Users Group as well as PCTeX have  made
arrangements with the foundry (BH) to provide the fonts together with
the new support macros (lucimatx) for LaTeX.  The Type1 fonts
themselves have not changed significantly , but latex font support and
hence the macro packages have changed.  You will need to buy the fonts
again to get lucimatx macros (e.g., to use the fonts with legacy tools
such as pdf(la)tex and dvips).    See

The pdftex engine is no longer under active development

so this may not be a good time to invest in Type 1 fonts.   TUG's OTF
versions of the Lucida fonts that are better suited than Type 1 for
modern systems and are being actively maintained, but will require
that you switch to a newer engine
(xe(la)tex or lua(la)tex).

You could try one of the free or Microsoft supplied OpenType fonts as
a replacement for Math Times using xe(la)tex or lua(la)tex to see if
you are ready to  move past Type 1 fonts.
