Euro symbol

Let me mention the site: http://detexify.kirelabs.org/classify.html where 
you can hand draw a symbol and it will search for it.  In this case, what 
I found was \EUR with the font loaded by \usepackage{ marvosym }.  I have 
found a number of symbols on it and I recommend it.
