When I just tried this, I got the simple error message:
! LaTeX error. File `libertine.style' not found.
So the simple question is:
* what is libertine (what is it good for)?
Since you asked the question to MikTeX users, it seems
to me another question might be helpful:
* have tried installing libertine.sty with MikTeX ?
* or is it whithin your folders, but you didn't refresh the MikTeX
FNDB (File Name Data Base) after adding libertine.sty ??
Hope this hilft.
