connect failed in tcp_connect() error !!

Hi guys,

I have juts started using MiKTeX, and I have a problem with package
installation. Packet manager cannot connect to the internet to download any
packages. Even when trying to change the packet repository, it also fails
to connect !

does anyone have a clue where the problem is ?
