Ok. Command Prompt is a common Windows concept, not MiKTEX/LATEX-specific.
So, open Start menu, the All porgrams, then Accessories, then click on
Command Prompt.
It'll open black window with white text. Then you should enter into
that window "cd /D <your-latex-file-path-without-filename>"
press `Enter` then enter this "pdflatex <your-latex-file-name>.tex"
press `Enter` again.
