Error after updating MiKTeX on 13-02-2013 - A solution

Dear men, I found a solution, reinstalling the Basic MiKTeX will solve the problem. But if you reinstall the complete MiKTeX, the problem will stay the same. After that, when I update some packages (with basic installation), the problem will come back. So I doubt that the error caused by some new update packages.
