As some important core lualatex packages currently break with luatex 0.75 it is quite good that miktex doesn't update the binary. On the other side: work has started to update this packages and it would be good if the changes could also be tested on a miktex system, e.g. to ensure that font caches are stored correctly in the texmf trees.
