Problems with package/script pfarrei

Hello,

I wanted to try out the pfarrei package/script but somthing is wrong with the
MiKTeX-Installation, I guess. The call of "a5toa4 -V" leads to the following 
error message on my system:

'pfarrei.pfarrei' not found:
         no field package.preload['pfarrei.pfarrei']

         [kpse C searcher] file not found: 'pfarrei.pfarrei'
         no file 'C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\pfarrei.dll'
         no file 'C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\loadall.dll'
         no file '.\pfarrei.dll'

I'm using Windows 7 (64bit) and the 64bit version of MiKTeX 2.9. The package was 
installed using the package manager.

Has anybody else got this problem?
