one question about package "etex-pkg"

Hi folks,

    I am trying to install "etex-pkg" from this web: http://www.ctan.org/pkg/etex-pkg

But after I click the CTAN path, there is only one file "etex.sty"; you know, usually there are more than one files for a package-I do not know how to install 

the file.


While when I search further go the "e-TeX" from here: http://www.ctan.org/pkg/etex

It has lots of files, and I do not know which file to pick.

Could someone help me with that?
