Just go to http://dante.ctan.org/tex-archive/usergrps/uktug/baskervi/4_4/ and install the missing files in your local TeXMF directory (create it if you don't have one, and declare it as root directory via MiKTeX sttings). Then refresh the FNDB. Be careful to respect the TDS e. g. simpsons.sty should be in LocalRoot\tex\latex\simpsons\. Some of these files are unnecessary, as they are used to compile the Tugboat issue that contains an article about the font, some are examples, so you may put them in \LOcalRoot\doc\latex\simpsons\ Regards, B.
