Dear list members,
I am new to the list, so please excuse if the following question should already have been posted here.
In MiKTeX 2.8, there was mzlatex.exe which processed a LaTeX file with the TeX4HT converter such that formulae appeared in MathML. in the latest MiKTeX 2.9 release, this program is missing.
The only possibility to process a file with TeX4HT I see now is to use the htlatex.exe, which gives me an HTML file where the formulae are images.
Anyone with an idea why the mzlatex.exe was dropped? Is there a substitute for it, or are there parameters for the htlatex.exe to furnish the mentioned functionality?

I am thankful for any suport in this question.

Best thanks in advance, and kind regards, from
Bernhard Stoeger, a blind mathematician who needs the mentioned converter for his work
