That link does contain all the required instructions - technically, you don't need to make them stay for longer; the page also includes instructions for utilities to read the crash report which is saved before rebooting. You should be able to search for drivers using the Dell Client System Update utility (DCSU) which is either preinstalled or can be downloaded from the Dell Support website (it's an equivalent of "Windows Update" for Dell Drivers and Software).
