Re: PROBLEM WITH PSFRAG AND MIKTEX

1. psfrag works for .eps pictures only, while embedded text (namely, psfrag labels)
    should be exported as text, not as line drawings. If you occasionally use .jpeg, .png 
    or other raster formats then you cannot expect psfrag to work.

2. I assume that you did not alter your MikTeX installation, did you?
