GPL Ghostscript 9.05: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

After updating MikTeX this morning, I am getting this error several times while compiling a document:

GPL Ghostscript  9.05: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

I use xelatex, and so far there was no such problem.   Could this be a reason some lines drawn using \psline show up 
only partially (as mentioned in my earlier email)?

Any help would be appreciated.
