Thanks for the quick response. Here a pdf of the output.

The letter on the left is supposed to be an A. The one on the right is fine. Here is what was done to produce the A on the left:

 The x and 
the y are on the arrows of the axes and parts of A are missing. This was
 not the case before the last update.
