Use the MikTex package manager to download the pdfpages package and then
run Refresh FNDB using the settings page.  You will need Admin
privileges to do this if running Windows 7.

Excuse a stupid question. I have done the following; 1. Downloaded and
unzipped from CTAN he pdfpages I assume it has been installed.
2. MyLaTex program contains the following  code
\usepackage[final]{pdfpages} \includepdf[pages=1-1]{TOH-1}

but invoking LaTex seems to fail? Any idea?
