Latexmk fails to run because of old File::Path dependency

Hey all,

I've just been struggling with an issue where the bundled version of Perl
doesn't include the correct version of File::Path. I get this message when
trying to run latexmk.exe:

    File::Path version 2.08 required--this is only version 1.08 at
d:\MikTex\scripts\latexmk\perl\latexmk.pl line 121.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at d:\MikTex\scripts\latexmk\perl\
latexmk.pl line 121.

An important point to note, this problem was masked for a long time by the
fact that I had Strawberry Perl installed (though apparently it only has
that affect when installed via Chocolatey).

What I'm wondering is if anybody knows how to manually upgrade this
dependency, or even if they know how the included perl within miktex works
and where that dependency lives...

Thanks!
