[Bug] The latest version of Dvipdfmx shifts the caption of EPS figures

Hi,

Yesterday  I installed the latest version of Miktex. I tried to generate
PDF file from my latex document, but there's some misalignment in the
caption and figures. The caption has been shifted to a higher position than
normal, thus it is overlapped with the figure.

My DVI file looks perfect.
If I use DVI --> PS -->  PDF, this PDF file also looks exactly like the DVI
file.
The problem only happens when I use dvipdfmx to convert DVI --> PDF.

This problem does not happen when I use the old version
(basic-miktex-2.9.4521.exe).
It happens in the latest version of both Miktex and Texlive.

Does anyone have the same problem ?
