I know this is stupid question but :) i f i just install your package on
server and just use latex.exe and dvi2png to generate latex image we Can
still go for a beer? :P

Because this paragraph saying we Can go:

"In general, you may redistribute MiKTeX, with or without modification, for
profit or not, according to the usual free software tenets. Here are some
general guidelines for doing this:"

But this saying I will go to jail :D

"That said, MiKTeX has neither a single copyright holder nor a single
license covering its entire contents, since it is a collection of many
disparate packages. Therefore, you may copy, modify, and/or redistribute
software from MiKTeX only if you comply with the requirements placed thereon
by the owners of the respective packages."

Because to free software foundation which comes up with AGPL and if you use
AGPL you have to redistribute software as AGPL.. :(

So I'm not sure about this beer :P

Thx for response
Mateusz :)

There is much more readily available:

Also, did you look at those definitions?
E.g., https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Free_Software_Definition
