TPM file cannot be parsed

Hi, After my last update on May 20th 2014, the MikTeX Update Wizard gives me this error: The TPM file could not be parsed. Details: C:\User\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\mik19906\pstool.tmp What should I do?
