miktex installation(s)

Recently I had the following problems/questions with the latest MiKTeX setup utilities: 1. Full miktex installation crashes because it cannot install the package acrosort and stops the automatic installation after it (see below item 3a). 2. Basic miktex installation (and portable miktex installation) does not install cyrillic encodings (T2A,T2B,T2C) and some other necessary LaTeX2e files. In particular, t2aenc.dfu, t2benc.dfu, t2cenc.dfu exist but t2aenc.def, t2benc.def, t2cenc.def (and t2aenc.sty, t2benc.sty, t2cenc.sty?) are absent. Unfortunately the same is true for the CTAN file /macros/latex/unpacked.zip and it seems that more LaTeX base files are absent there. However, de-installation and re-installation of the miktex package 'ltxbase' does not work. This unpleasant feature can be corrected by manual docstripping of the LaTeX source files only?. Are there other miktex packages which require such manual correction? 3. Manual installation of all the packages by the Package Manager performed after the basic miktex installation does not enable to install some miktex packages: 3a. Manual installation of the package 'acrosort' crushes because the antivirus software (Dr.Web) recognizes that the file \doc\latex\acrosort\examples\acrosort_test.pdf contains the SCRIPT.Virus (the same alert is issued for the original CTAN file, however). Temporary switching off the Dr Web protection is not a desirable operation since currectly the MiKTeX setup program requires full access to Internet, it cannot use the MiKTeX files preloaded from CTAN any more as I can see. Even after switching off the DrWeb protection the internal MS Windows defender still does not enable to install the package acrosort for the same reason. This should be a false alert as I can understand but it does not enable to install full MiKTeX automatically. 3b. Manual installation of the packages 'armenian', 'etruscan', 'latex-referenz', 'thaifonts-scalable' crushes because currently these files are absent at CTAN inside miktex distribution. They are inside the Package Manager list but not at pub/tex/systems/win32/miktex/tm\packages (| checked ftp.dante.de and ftp.tex.ac.uk). It seems that the armenian package is obsolete (substituted by armtex, see http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/armenian). Other packages can be downloaded from CTAN: /fonts/archaic/etruscan, /info/examples/LaTeX-Referenz, /fonts/thai/thaifonts-scalable/ ? 5. Format 'omega' (switched off by default, of course, since nearly nobody uses it currently) cannot be compiled with all the languages: MiKTeX Settings replies that "! Omega capacity exceeded, sorry [exception dictionary=307]. l.6144 gceilt^^c3^^ad". However, deleting the unnecessary languages from the default miktex list works. (I did not check other 'excluded' formats, however.) 6. Currently MiKTeX installation can be performed only under the account with the administrator rights only (thanks to Microsoft Windows for its new safety policy :(). However, I prefer to work mainly using some standard user account (for understandable reasons). Manual installation of the packages using the Administrator account puts a lot of MiKTeX files into local Administrator directories C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\2.9\ and C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\MiKTeX\2.9\; these files are not copied automatically to other User local directories and are not available for MiKTeX used outside this particular account. Moving these files into the basic MiKTeX directory crushes MiKTeX Settings and MiKTeX Package Manager. Copying these files individually to each User local directories should work but is not a user-friendly solution.
