problem after recent update (problem using auto-pst-pdf)

After a recent update of Miktex, files with .eps graphics that used to
compile with auto-pst-pdf package, do not compile anymore if they contain
more than one pdf graphics. It looks like the filename-pics.pdf generated
by auto-pst-pdf can contain only one page and other pages corresponding the
rest of the graphics do not get generated. The latex-dvips-ps2pdf path
works fine.
