Compiling AeroTex Example eformman.tex

Hi MikTex-Users,

 

   Still having trouble with this package.

 

1.       Compile with "latex"

 

Error:

2.       Compile with"pdflatex"

Error:

I took a look at the log from "latex" and  "pdflatex" The error is happening
in a different location.  I am not sure why.

Can anyone  help
