scrbook issue with tex4ht

Hi,

When using the koma-script classes like scrbook, htlatex file produces
the following error:

(C:\Users\david\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\2.9\tex\generic\tex4ht\scrbook.4ht
! Missing \endcsname inserted.

Any idea how this can be fixed? Looking around it looks like there's a
patch I think, but it hasn't been incorporated into miktex.
