Re: Future of MiKTeX

Hi, MikTex team,


I read the statement at

Now it happens, that I will buy a new PC between now and the end of the year,

and MikTeX, PdfLatex and Xetex have to run, I have no choice about that.

Do you 
a) recommend Windows 7 or Windows 8.1? (I am a "dinosaurus" still working with Windows xp)

b) do you recommend downloading the MikTex 2.9 or wait for 3.0?
