Colin: I can assure you that the bagpipe package isn't
a security risk, though it may offend your musical
sensitivities :+)

I suspect this happens because the bagpipe package hasn't
been properly categoried as a Music Application and is
mistakenly considered essential. Until this is corrected,
you could just install bagpipe (and, unfortunately, all its
dependencies).
