I understand you're using MikTeX, otherwise this thread has not sense. I was asking about the way you should ask in sites such as TeX StackExchange where you need to add a MWE (Minimal Working Example) that includes a preamble which contains the representative packages of your problem, and which are necessary and a sample of code that illustrates your problem. Or in a nutshell a clue of what are you doing and how. For the error message that you show, it seems that you are using kanji is that right?
