Just go to https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/miktex-users, scroll down to "To unsubscribe from MiKTeX-Users, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address: ", enter your e-mail address and then click "Unsubscribe"-button.Alternatively, you can just e-mail [email protected] with the subject "unsubscribe" and you will be unsubscribed. Just click the link here mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe.
