Problem with `forest` after last update

Today I've found a problem with `forest` package. Something so simple like

fails. The first error shown is

wrong pdf.

Forest was working in my system on april, 21st and I used again today.
In the mean time only a miktex-update after april, 24th. I also did an 
Update Formats last week.

I'm using miktex under windows 8. Installed for single user.

Anybody knows what can be wrong in my system? Does forest work for you?
