Latest update of LaTeX causes problems with flafter

Hi,
Earlier this morning I installed the latest package updates to MiKTeX. Later
I ran LaTeX on a file I have been working on for some months. The file uses
flafter.sty, which has never before given me any problem. This time,
however, I got the error message:

Undefined Control Sequence
	\IncludeInRelease{2015/01/01}

I have no idea how to correct this; the LaTeX file had not gotten to loading
my packages, and in any case I have no command called \IncludeInRelease. I
would be most grateful for any guidance regarding this problem!
