Thanks for the answer. However:

I have a 64bit MiKTeX installation on a 64-bit Windows 7 system. So, 
shall I install the content of

     miktex-mpmcli-bin-2.9.tar.lzma

or that of

     miktex-mpmcli-bin-x64-2.9.tar.lzma

manually?

Or both?
