Error by installing MiKTeX

Hello, 

	I tried to install MiKTeX and the following occurred. 

	An error occurred:
 source file: LibrariesMiKTeXCoreProcess.cpp
 source line: 305
 message: The operation failed for some reason.
 info: C:Program FilesMiKTeX 2.9miktex/bin/x64initexmf.exe 

	I already turned my anti virus software off. 

	How can I avoid this error?
