This error message pops up a lot recently, but it is unclear (to me)
what it means exactly (I never use texify). I suggest that you try
this:

1. Open the package manager (admin), synchronize (menu
repositories), check for new package starting with "miktex-" and
install them.

2. Run the update manager (admin) and install updates of miktex
packages.

3. If the problem persist try another editor and try if it works if
you don't use texify.
