after recent upgrade, many packages doesn't work anymore

Hi!,
after recent upgrade of 64-bit upgrade three days ago, at many old 
files, which can be compiled before without any problems, now generate 
note (in WinEdt information window):

PDFLaTeX return <Exit code (1) indicating that some problems might have 
occurred during compilation ...

And doesn't generate output.

The log files doesn't contains any usable information. As an example of 
such logs has the following last lines:

("C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\tex\latex\l3kernel\expl3-code.tex"
Package: expl3 2015/12/20 v6326 L3 programming layer (code)
L3 Module: l3bootstrap 2015/12/15 v6320 L3 Bootstrap code

L3 Module: l3basics 2015/11/22 v6315 L3 Basic definitions
L3 Module: l3expan 2015/09/10 v5983 L3 Argument expansion
L3 Module: l3tl 2015/09/29 v6121 L3 Token lists
L3 Module: l3str 2015/12/20 v6325 L3 Strings

Checking a bunch of my old files, where this error occur, I observe, 
that to them is common of use package: animate, siunitx, madframed, 
tcolorboc with option "many" and "all" (packages which use expl3?).

all this files can still be normal compiled with MikTeX version before 
last. Do any other experienced similar problem? Is there some workaround 
to fix this?
