Re: No output with latest Miktex 2.9

Well, I guess I should not say this on this mailing list, the truth is
that ruefully for just under a year ago I struggled too much with
MikTeX, which is sad and frustrating because I like to use it when I
need to work on Windows. The errors caused us enough problems in the
office, in the end opted to move to TeXlive and it worked pretty well
so far.

I have a new PC at home with Windows 10 with Texlive 2015, running
your MWE from your question I found it can compile if I comment few
lines:

Usually I don't use geometry with the KOMA Script bundle because we
can work with typearea instead. I don't know the pacakge picins, and
nomencl gives me an error also as the command \smallblock that I also
don't know yet. I hope this will be useful.
