Latex file crashes into blank after a computer blue screen

Hello All,

I got a problem that my latex file crashes into a blank file after a
computer blue screen.  The file size is still the same as originally, but
the entire file looks empty after I reopen it.  I think the text should be
still there, but it is hidden and cannot be seen anymore.  Do you know
anyway to recover this.  Really appreciate your help...
