biblatex is version 3.3 according to MikTeX package manager.
biber --version reports it is version 2.4.
I run both Update (Admin) and Update.
Running 32 bit MikTeX under Windows 10.
Using xelatex and biber.

Did you update biblatex? Did you run the user update manager?
