I'm beta testing texlive 2016 and had at least already three luatex
update. Also math in luatex can be done with legacy math and with
unicode-math which makes quite a difference. 

Beside this: Even if the example document is obvious: By providing
it anyway you make it easier for other to run a fast (and
comparable) test. 

I can reproduce the problem also in context and wrote a question on
the luatex list.
