You might want to be a bit more forthcoming with information if you're after the problem being solved!

I just quickly installed latest MiKTeX (2.9.6000) with Emacs 24.5.1 mingw32 compiled (the "official" zip from gnu.org) in a Windows 10 1511 x64 VirtualBox. I installed AUCTeX 11.89 (is that how you're linking Emacs and MiKTeX, or is there another way?). 

On my 4K display (3840x2160 scaled 250%), if I create a dummy LaTeX file in Emacs (I'm a Vim user, so understand that that really hurts...!), I get 5 toolbar buttons (Run LaTeX, Run Viewer, Run BibTeX, Spell check, Preview on/off) - the buttons are the same size as the other Emacs toolbar buttons and the icons, although clearly not designed for 4K displays, are the "correct" size.

So what's your experience?
