With a slight addendum. In theory,


Package|miktex-luatex-base|will be replaced by 
packages|luatex|,|miktex-luatex|and|tex-ini-files|.


Except that luatex is not an installable packe on any repo I can find 
(although miktex-luatex and tex-ini-files are available).
