Package installation on the fly for all the users on windows server

Hello Everyone,

     I have installed MiKTeX in the windows server for all the users ,
however on installing packages on the fly the packages are installed
only for me and all the other users have to install it again for
themselves. Is there an option where I can install packages once and
everybody else who uses the server can use them.
