 Thank you very much for your help.

 I do not know how to run all the tools separately. I tried running only pdflatex and the error continues.

 If you can help me further I will appreciatte it.

Don't use texify -- at least not if you get errors. It is very
difficult to debug as it doesn't give good error messages.

Run pdflatex and the other tools manually.
