Dear Ulrike and all,

was this bug in dvips already solved? I searched the bug reports and
haven't found any related to this conversation...
I have been experiencing similar issues these days with Powerdot.
Because I thought it is a Powerdot bug, I described it on Powerdot mailing
list and we isolated the issue to dvips:

Thanks for any help, or maybe tips how to side-step this issue temporarilly.
