Re: how to mirror miktex?

I'd simply do a full download. It's an option on the install. 

However, if you have reliable internet service and expect to be on-line, what is the point of a full download? MikTeX will download on the fly which is much more efficient. You do not need the full LaTeX.

Hi,

I have filled in the contact form in miktex website last week, in order to ask Christian Schenk on how to mirror miktex on my own server.

Since I did not receive any response from him, I'm asking the wisdom of the community on how to achieve this task?

Also, CTAN listed http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/CTAN/systems/win32/miktex/
and http://mirror.aut.ac.nz/CTAN/systems/win32/miktex/as a miktex mirror, but if I perform update, this site is not in the list of select able source.

How does miktex detemnine which site to show to customer?

Any help to get my mirror up and running is highly appreciated.
