Error installing MikTex 2.9 64 bit version

Dear friends,


I have used MikTex in the past for my thesis write-up. When I tried to install basic MikTex 2.9, 64 bit version in my laptop, it did not get installed. Instead, I got the following error. Would you pls help me sort out this error. I have attached message, log file herewith.
