Help for a recurrent trouble

Dear all,

when I try to achieve the compilation of a template file prepared by the 
Optical Society of America (OSA), I receive the following message from 
MikTeX

The log file contains the following words
> INFO  texify - running 'initexmf --quiet --update-fndb' to refresh the 
> file name database
but I have no idea to make that. Could you help me?
