xelatex.exe did not succeed

When I use Visual Studio to make pdf files using MikTex, I got following
errors:

 

2>  Sorry, but "C:/Program Files/MiKTeX 2.9/miktex/bin/x64/xelatex.exe" did
not succeed.

Please give me advise how to fix the error.
