So, I've been trying out the new and 'fancier-looking' update console for latest MikTex, and noticed that I do not seem to be able to select an individual package out of a possible set of packages to update - it seems that the new updater tries to update all possible packages that are available. If that is the case, that is a big problem, since quite often a user (like me) doesn't want to update everything, but only select packages (for any number of reasons). Am I correct that you can select from the list of available updates (or, is there a ctrl-select sequence or some such I'm missing)? If the former, then I'd file this as a significant 'bug'. I've read the console 'help page' (https://miktex.org/howto/miktex-console) and there is no mention of how to update only individual packages from the list. Thanks... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ Q: How can I leave the mailing list?
